(i) the items of PI (personal information) transferred:
- Communications data: name, email address, the content user chooses to provide, date and time of message, and the data.ai reply;
- Survey data: certain information if a survey is completed, such as demographic information (e.g., age, gender) and any other personal data the user chooses to provide;
- Device-specific information: mobile device model, operating system, version number, web browser used, language and regional setting, carrier or network, time stamp and zone, device motion parameters;
- Information about use of other apps and websites: the frequency and length of time spent on other apps and websites visited as well as the dates and times of interactions with those websites;
- Approximate (“coarse”) location: latitude and longitude of the center of the nearest city without revealing precise location or GPS data;
- Unique identifiers: unique installation IDs, IP addresses, User Agents, Identifiers for Advertisers (IDFA, on iOS), Android IDs (on Android) and other user and device identifiers;
- Crash-related information: information about errors and crashes when accessing and using the data.ai apps (e.g., lost connection to the Internet), such as date and time of crashes and crash traces;
- User tracking information: statistics about interactions within the data.ai apps, such as the number of daily active app users, how often and when users launch or close the app, which app screens users open and how they interact with different app features;
- Ad attribution and user analytics information: information related to data.ai marketing campaigns and user behavior, such as clicks on data.ai ads, the webpages or applications from which such ads were displayed, other user events and actions related to data.ai marketing campaigns.
(ii) the date and time, and methods of the transfer: Daily or more frequent, secure connection via vpn.
(iii) the name of the receiving party and the contact information of the person responsible for PI management (in case of a legal entity): data protection officer for each of the Related Companies, dpo@data.ai.
(iv) the purposes of the receiving party’s use of the PI: For purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to monitoring, management and maintenance of data storage infrastructure
(v) the retention period: Not more than 3 years

(v) the purposes of the receiving party’s use of the PI: Storage of data necessary to make the app work and data used to conduct market research on the use of other apps.
(vi) the retention period: Not more than 3 years.

(vi) the retention period: Archived 120 days after ticket is closed; retained in archive permanently only to the extent permitted under the applicable laws .
Personal data is transferred to the above Service Providers pursuant to a Data Privacy Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses.
